The Matt McGinn of the Calton Info Website – Matt McGinn was one of the most important singer/songwriters of the folk scene in the 1960's and 70's, a much loved 'people's poet'.

Matt died in 1977, leaving us with hundreds of songs, plays, poems, 2 books and a pantomime! His songs are sung daily in school, homes and concert halls all over the world and in the new website we aim to give you videos of his songs, lyrics, photos and other information about the much loved Glaswegian.
